Payment Policy

We are offering several payment methods to the user here. Whatever your method of online payment, we can ensure that zerosack.org uses trusted payment gateway partners, we use secure encryption technology secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

At zerosack.org, we strive to provide exceptional services and products to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation or refund requests are necessary. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:


1. Cancellation (if applicable)


Project-Based Model:

  1. Clients may cancel a project at any stage but may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the progress made and expenses incurred.
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through a designated communication channel.
  3. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and the client will receive the deliverables up to that stage.

Subscription-Based Model (for support, maintenance and SaaS solutions):

For subscription-based services, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

Marketplace Model (for API marketplace):

Our API marketplace offers a tiered pricing model, including a free trial plan. Once a paid tier plan is purchased, it cannot be canceled, except in cases of user abuse or misuse of our API services or servers. In such instances, API access will be revoked, and the ZNPL account may be terminated.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

Refund shall be applicable if:

  1. Services are not delivered to you within a deadline, or
  2. Order cancelled by our side due to some unforeseen conditions, or
  3. If the user accidentally closes the website, or browser during the payment transaction, or before landing at the payment confirmation page. In this case, if the amount deducted from your bank account. you do not need to worry; your amount will be refunded to your original payment of mode.
  4. Project-Based Model: Refunds for project cancellations are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed, resources expended, and any contractual agreements. Partial refunds may be provided for work not yet performed.

If you will come one of these cases then you can feel free to request for refund, and we would be more than happy to refund you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and same amount credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For initiation of refund you can contact us with your Order ID, Txn ID, and User ID of account at business@zerosack.com.

Please Note: A refund request usually takes upto 12 business days to reflect in customer's account depending on the bank and mode of payment used for transaction.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale of Products / Service (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/service cannot be refunded.


3. Disclaimer

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

  • Lack of authorization for any transactions, or
  • Any error due to you provided to respective payment method, or
  • Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and between "Banks", or
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason.

All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the service user and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.

All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between service user and the respective Issuing Bank.

If Particular products/ services, you might be required to provide Your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by You, i.e. in any transaction, you must use Your own credit/ debit card. The information provided by You will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your credit/ debit card details. We expressly disclaim all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit/ debit card.

We update, amend or make any changes to this document, those changes will be prominently posted here.
